Having forged a solid place in history over the past decade as North America's undisputed "Queen of Ska", Lorraine (former Kingpins!) brings us something new and exciting! While remaining true to many tenements of the tradition: respect, groove, looking sharp and, above all, putting on unforgettable shows, a new sound is on the horizon and Lo and the Magnetics will be bringing it to you this Fall in the form of their debut release on Grover Records in Europe and full North American and European tours to support it. Embracing change and pushing to evolve their unique style, their intense and infec-tious sound and energy crack the preconceptions of those too afraid to listen.

This major transformation comes to you from a group always driven to cover new ground, they have employed legendary producer Mitch Gírio (of King Apparatus fame) to create a piece of work that tran-scends what you've come to expect from average ska music. Then again, the Magnetics are anything but ordinary and will never be accused of being average.
